Yes. I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients who prefer to meet online.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and emotional or behavioral challenges.
I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Getting to know you, understanding your concerns, discussing your goals, and developing an initial treatment plan together.
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50–60 minutes. Couples and family sessions may be scheduled longer depending on needs.
